Bumper, lower radiator panel to grille, four (4) per car. Also used on radiator valance, two (2) per car in year 1941 only. Compare with our #33-0211-31. Also used as a bumper, hood tip panel to grille. Use 10 per car for 1939-1940 models. Use 8 per car for 1941-49 models and use 6 per car for 1950-1953 models.
